The member that sponsors should follow these guidelines:
1. They can start sponsoring people a month after they get voted into the clan (unless given permission to sponsor earlier).
2. They should get to know the person for about a week before they decide if they want to sponsor them or not.
3. They only get two sponsorships at a time, this rules applies to EVERYONE.
4. If their sponsored trial quits the clan before his trial period is up, they'll be penalized in some form.
After a trial gets sponsored the following rules apply to them:
1. They must wear trial tags 2xX)* (example 2xX)billy )
2. They must have the person(s) who sponsored them in their profile.
3. If they are inactive for more than 3 days without giving a notice, then they may get removed.
4. They can be voted into the clan after 2 weeks of trial membership.
5. They will get 2 chances to show up at a meeting to be voted into the clan.
6. If they won't attend any meetings, they will be stripped of their status as a Trial Member and have to get responsored.
7. If the majority votes against them during the meeting, they will be permanently rejected from joining the clan.
Rule #2: Max number of bots/clients for 1 person in the channel is 2 (ops are exception).
Rule #3: No double tagging. Double tagging will result in an instant ban.
Rule #4: No greet or idle messages allowed at all (except clan announcements).
Rule #5: Any disputes should be kept out of the channel. People that cant follow that will be temporarily banned.
Rule #6: Any member may ban a non-member for any or no reason at all. Same goes for unbanning (unless it's a clan enemy).
Rule #7: Members not seen on Battle.net for 2 weeks will be marked as inactive, unless given a reason. If that member remains inactive for another 2 weeks, that member will be removed from the clan.
Rule #8: If a member has left for a different clan, that member may not rejoin. If a member is banned from the clan, they may be allowed rejoin depending on certain circumstances.
Rule #9: Meeting Guidelines
1. Meetings should be hosted every 2 or 3 weeks.
2. Only Leaders or Co-Leaders can host meetings.
3. Meetings should be announced at least 1 week before, no later.
4. Meeting time is subject to change until 1 week before the meeting.
5. All members should attend meetings. If you are unable to make it, let someone know before hand.
Rule: #10: Promotion/Demotion Guidelines
1. All promotions and demotions up to Elder Council will be done at meetings, with members voting yes or no.
2. All promotions and demotions will be denied if more than 50% of the members at the meeting vote no.
3. The proposed promoted member must be attending and active at the meeting, this includes trial members.
4. The proposed demoted or banned member does not have to be attending or active at the meeting, but the proposer must give good reason for the demotion.
5. If a member is denied a promotion, that member must wait a period of two meetings (usually one month) to propose another promotion.
6. For all promotions up to High Council, the whole clan will vote. For Elder Council the input will still be taken from the clan, but High Council/Council/Members will do no voting.
7. When a Co-Leader position opens up, a Leader appoints a new one from among members that fulfill the requirements.
8. When a Leader position opens up, the Founder and the Leaders elect one from among Co-Leders that fulfill the requirements.
